Atlas began in 2006 with a desire to show Jesus to the culture along 16th street.

In 2007, we threw our first Block Party with a couple dozen bands for a couple thousand friends.

In 2008, we purchased the Atlas Theater in order to create a venue for charity balls, massive rock shows, art exhibits, poker tournaments, wedding celebrations, and our Sunday gatherings.

In 2009, we survived without heat in February or AC in July. But we did transform the interior of the Atlas theater into a space that we and our friends would encounter God.

In 2010, Atlas also began meeting in the morning.

In 2011, we began Atlas.City, with a mind for throwing the best possible events, with the best possible art, photography, word and music, to celebrate our incredible God.

In 2012, we hope to create two business in the Atlas Theater that will serve our friends, our neighbors, our culture and our city.
